I am an angry angler. When I signed on to fish on Friday's I didn't realize the tournament was run by a mysterious group of pretenious engineers. And the mouthpiece for this rot is the Piscatorial Promulgations.
For the remainder of the tournament I will work to uncover and expose this hypocrisy and the evil behind it by using the same techniques and charts as the so-called "tournament office"
