Did anyone notice the picture from the Piscatorial Promulgations? The one with Wilson Hall in the background. It was a great shot that included a typical Fluor Daniel forest in the foreground. You know, the standard detail of four bright yellow bollards around each PIV or hydrant. No need to look at the big picture and see that a) three well placed bollards would accomplish the same thing or b) it's in the middle of a field so what are the bollards protecting the PIV's from? Naw, why use engineering judgement when a cut 'n paste would result in 16 or 20 yellow exclamation points in a field screaming "look at us"
